Offered by the New York Increased Training Companies Corporation (HESC), the Vietnam/Persian Gulf Veterans Tuition Award is granted to New York residents who served within the United States Armed Forces in Indochina between 1961 and 1975 or in the Persian Gulf throughout hostilities and have been discharged under honorable situations.
Spouses and rapid family members of Vietnam Veterans aren’t qualified for the CNM Vietnam Veterans Scholarship. Recipient must be either a single female, head-of-family student with dependents; a single male, head of household with dependents; or a Vietnam veteran who now not has entry to academic benefits and has a GPA of at the very least 3.0. Pupil have to be a custodial dad or mum and should show financial need.
