Tailor-Made Language Services was set up in 1995 by Alison Hayes. She is an experienced and highly qualified teacher of Spanish. She has a degree in Hispanic Studies, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education and a Master’s Degree in language teaching. She has been teaching in Adult Education and Further Education since 1993.

Alison believes language learning should be accessible to all and adopts a straight forward, jargon-free approach both in her teaching and in her latest venture, Motivation! a newsletter for learners of Spanish.
